The searchable, sortable, and exportable wish

The notifications viewing flaw under the bell has been discussed in a previous story of mine here:

Tools and features are critically important if we want to manage and measure our progress on this platform.

Currently, the notifications under the bell icon is really slow and cumbersome because it’s not easy to go back into older notifications fast or easily in search for something specific. Nor is it searchable or sortable. You get an email copy of notifications, thankfully, but my other story here of observed glitches proves otherwise.

Out of Notice, Out of Mind

So, the wish is to have “notifications” also available as a tab on our “Stories” page next to “Responses”.

“Notifications” would also similarly have a number next to it to give you the total, and the bell on the homepage would remain to give you the indication of the number of recent ones.

This “Stories” page view with the added tab of “Notifications” would allow you to click into it and view it in a much larger lump sum; allowing you to sort it by date, search for something specific, and even allow you to export it so you can do more excel analysis on the data pertaining your progress of follows, claps, highlights, responses, etc.

Stick that “Notifications” tab right there where the blue arrow points:
